How Brabant Homes handles your personal data.
Who we are
Brabant Homes rents homes to expats in Eindhoven and 's-Hertogenbosch. We are responsible for processing the data you give us.
What data we process
Name, address and contact details; your search preferences; information about your current housing; age, income and household composition; and details of a lease, including documents you provide, such as a copy of your ID and payslips.
What we use it for
To contact you when you fill in the form, plan viewings, assess your application, draw up a lease and invoice.
Legal basis
We process data based on your consent (for example when you send the form), to perform an agreement and to comply with legal obligations.
Who we share data with
Our hosting and form provider (Wix), email and storage providers, and our accountant for contracts and invoices. We do not sell your data. We only pass it on to others with your consent or when the law requires it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The progress of the moving checklist is stored locally in your own browser and does not leave your device. The hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies.

Photos
Photos of our homes may appear on the website and social media with street, house number and city, but never with personal details. Photos showing people are only published with written consent. You can ask for a photo to be removed; copies elsewhere may remain online.
How long we keep data
No longer than necessary for the purposes above, unless the law requires a longer period. We protect data against unauthorised use.
Your rights
You can access, correct, port and delete your data (unless a legal retention duty applies). You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
